I spoke to a sebastian Taylor at Quick Cash Advance.  He told me I had to get a gift card for $75 I did so but then later told me he didn't want to deal with me and to F***Off.

And I seriously cannot believe that people still fall for it.  What. The hell.  Convinces anyone.  That someone is going to call them out of the blue to offer them free money if they only pay a little bit up front (she said it was refundable, right?) for it?  

At this point, I think we should just stop trying to prosecute these people and let them take money from Americans who are just going to find someone else to hand it to if we shut them down.  It's hopeless.
