I order a pouch bagthat you can put on your belt to carry things like your cell phone. I thought I was helping a veterans organization . I was charged 9.95 with free shipping and then they charged my account 11.95 and 11.95 so I paid a total of 33.85 with my debit card and never received my item.

I am a widow and on a fixed income and all I wanted to do is help the vets but got burnt instead...I am hoping that you can help. Thank You
