Quick Pick LockSmith 8883000605 Came out to open locked door ... they damaged my whole door frame Las Vegas Nevada

This lock Smith company came out due to my daughter locking her keys in her room. They came out to simply unlock her door. The technician must've kicked in my door instead of picking the lock because the whole door frame is damaged and the door will not close. The technician was paid before my daughter informed me of the damage. When I looked at it , I asked for a refund. I was instructed to call the office which I did. They instructed me to email pictures which I did and I as of yet have not heard back from them...
