Hello, and thank you for your feedback (even if your experience was less than perfect). We would very much like to understand the details of the situation, and to make it right for you if we can. Our customer service hours are M-F 9 am - 10 pm EST, and Sat 10 am-4 pm EST. We are closed Sunday. Normally, our average hold time for customers is 3 minutes or less, so I'm not sure what happened in your case. Can you please let us try again? Just send an email to customer.care@quickcall.com, or call 855-225-9914.

It's always our policy to help customer have a high quality calling connection and to help troubleshoot any technical issues along the way. We hope to have a fast resolution for you, so you can get back to making calls!

Our customer service hours are M-F 9am-10pm EST, Saturday 10am-4pm EST. We are closed Sunday. Perhaps that's why you were on hold, if you called outside our hours? It's quite out of the norm for this to occur during working hours, our average hold time is usually less than 4 minutes.
