12-10-13 I contacted Emil K at a Small Claims Service online to help me file a Small Claims Court Case in Redwood City ,Ca!  The Small Claims Pkg. was to : 1. complete all required Docs. 2. Send Defendant a Demand Letter. 3. File Small Claims Court Lawsuit. 4. Includes Court Filing Fees. 5. Reserse a Trial Date 6.Serve Defendant via Private Process Service 7. Commplete your Small Claims Court Lawsuit. The Pkg. Price was $179. I paid via my Credit Card . My Case # was 7325438. Emil Claimed he was in Burlingame ,Ca! Now I see he was in Los angeles, Ca! Emil claimed he would send me Paperwork once the Defendant was served. Every Time I called --he claimed the Process Server was having trouble finding the Defendant. This went on for about two Months and I sent more e-mails & calls were returned as not able to deliver.  Finally I have contacted the Attorney General's Office ..they sent a Letter and it was returned. Emil K. listed an address at 2202 S. Figueroa St. Los Angeles, Ca...come to find out it belongs to The UPS Store ..I called & they claimed this is not their Customer. He is using the address without the Store's knowledge! The Web-site was created 8-24-13..expires 8-23-14. Ips address is 216.185.152.152 ---Domain ID D41654592-US. Emil has 534 hits to his site a day which means he has scammed a lot of People..not just me! The e-mail address for Emil is info@quickclaims.us . Emil's cell phone was 818554-9707 a Sprint Cell Phone Customer. Reverse Directory states he is in San Franando, Ca! according to the Reverse Directory. The Registrar name is NEUSTAR, INC...HOSTING CO. WIX.COM INC IPS: 216.185.152.152.   Tina in San Jose, Ca.
