I called quicklocksmith247.com at 480-478-0119 to rekey 3 locks at my residence August2nd 2015.The owner of the business Ori came. His cell #480-717-7107. He rekeyed all 3 locks and wrote on the receipt ,"good for six months"(after my asking). I said, I hope you'll do a good job as I'm paying you lot more than what you advertise. He said he drives a Mercedes(don't know what the purpose of his telling me that was) I paid him $200 cash way more than what they say on the Internet the charges would be. Few days ago, I tried to lock and unlock. I could lock but could not unlock. So I called Ori he said text me your address, I'll fix these. I did that but he didn't call or came. I called their office on Sept. 2nd, 2015 and explained the situation, Tammy got very rude and said she'll hang up on me and said it is the frame of your doors not our fault and we would not fix it. If I can not unlock my doors what is the purpose of having locks?
