Quickway Auction/ Ken Kaye Destroyed some of my mom's collectables and has not returned the most valuable things Blomingburg New York

Last year when my Dad passed away, and my Mom lost his income, she decided to sell a good amount of her collectables and Ken Kaye was hired to do the job. He told her she was in good hands and as it turns out he has destroyed some of her things by treating them like garbage and has not returned all of the items and the ones that he did return are either broken, missing pieces or are filthy! My mom is 84 and being taken advantage of! After speaking to a local attorney, I ave found out that we are not the only ones! He's been taken to court a number of times and lost! How is he still allowed to be in this kind of business?
