We purchased a whole set of ink cartriges for our brothers mfc 9420cn we tried to use the black cartrige and it malfuntioned .The printer tech guy said it was on account that they remaned the cartriged two many times, didn't relize my wife bought a set of four untill recently and tried to use the blue color and the same problem happened tried to get them to stand behind their product and was emailed with a decline due to warranty has expired. these are still in box. that's ok just beware that there produuct sucks as does thier warranty
