This is a vicious non credible report.

I have purchased many instruments from Matt or Quinn The Eskimo Vintage Horns as a customer, and I also am a competitor to Quinn The Eskimo Vintage Horns via my own Musical Instrument Company.

While typically there are no issues at all, when I have had an issue I call or email Matt, and get prompt resolution.  Quinn The Eskimo provides full refunds if not satisfied, exchanges and goes out of his way to make people happy - even his competitors !

This report should be removed.   Quinn The Eskimo has such a large proven track record one nasty person should not be permitted to write in on this site to destroy a well deserved reputation.

I have bought FOUR instruments from Quinn and each was exactly as described. He is quite honest and a great supplier for my musical habit. I will used him again and again. 

I have worked with Quinn in the past and have always found him to be quite professional.  He does sell and repair very unique instruments that are typically hard to find in today’s market. Many of his instruments are ones that private individuals can rarely own and are frequently purchased by Schools and Orchestras due to their initail investment cost.  I know very few specialists that carry the inventory items and investments he has made in this market.

His auctions typically have extensive collections of professional pictures of all angles and of unusually high detail, and include a comprehensive narrative of each item. Store Policies and contact information are stated in every auction. 

 To sum it up, he is at the top tier of a very limited market. He sells products and services for a very exclusive market.  I suspect less than 5% of music stores will ever see the instruments in this category.   Often these are large, rare, and, professional musical instruments, many are used in professional orchestras. Now that that I need to sell my "Exceptional, Contra Alto Clarinet", Quinn was one of the first I contacted for market information. 

I have purchased several musical instruments in the last 3 or so years from QuinntheEskimo on ebay and have never had a problem.   The items i have purchased had many, many pictures, all up close.  The item received perfectly reflected the item in the listing.  All items have always been packed well and shipped quickly.  

This is an outright lie. I sell new and used musical instrumetns from a variety of sources. While I do sell some retired school intruments, I have NEVER tried to represent one as new and never will. Anyone who purchases a musical instrument from me has an unconditional return policy if they are unhappy, and I try to ALWAYS provide accurate descriptions of my items, as well as providing more high resolution photos than any other seller of musical instruments on the internet. I have no idea who posted this because Ripoff Report allows people to anonymously slander businesses in this way, but if anyone would like to discuss this with me prior to purchasing an instrument please call me at 425-747-2349.
