Finally received a partial refund after spending a VERY large amount of time trying to reach this indivdual. After repeaded texts, emails, and repeated voicemails he agreed to a partial refund which was sent to me.

I have issued the refund of $700 to Hayden in October of 2017. It is inappropriate that this has been filed, but a simple online acknowledgement would be appreciated as this has drastically affected my business.
