For TWO MONTHS IN ROW QWEST HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $8.43 and $823        from a COMPANY NAMED ESBI-ETS.   I WARNED THEM TO STOP OR I WILL CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH QWEST. I HAVE NO CONNECTIONS WITH ESBI.
