A.S.A Computers has been providing local small businesses and San Diegans computer services for over 5 years. We licensed through the California Bureau of Electronics and Appliance Repair and certified. We have earned a reputable name for ourselves in the industry and take pride in all out work.

Armendariz Design Group is owned by Jon Armendaiz. We were contacted to provide a file server for this small office. A day into the project it became apparent that this office 4 of the 7 computers in the office could not be networked due to the types of OS they were running. Also finding out that AutoCAD is very particular about how drives are mapped. As all IT professionals are well aware, this posses a good amount of additional work, cost, and time. Regardless of this factor we continued to complete this job absorbing most of it.

From the very start it was very obvious that Jon Armendariz was very impatient creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere for every person in that office making it even less productive. Repremanding his employees in front of the rest of the office, yelling to the point where we could not bare being in the office.

We completed the job, not only did they have a new file server but they also requested an additional work station, not to mention wireless network. This new network far exceeds their needs and expectations.

Because Jon Armendariz liked all the work in his office he requested a personal home computer to be built. We ordered the parts only to realize that the processor did not come. To correct this we made arrangements to pick up the processor on the way to the clients home to install his new system. Not only did we find out that the retail store didn't have have it but it would be an additional day before they could get it. We called Armendariz to inform him of this, he hung up on us. We haven't heard from him since and now is refusing to pay us the last installment for the work we already did in his office.

A business man whom makes very spontaneous irresponsible business decisions who's going to learn the hard way that you can't do people like this.
