This is one of those scam acting/modeling agencies where they get you all pumped up and hyped about "Making your dreams come true" and "Making it big as a model or actress", hyped up so much in fact that you are taken aback and/or are willing to look over his rediculous fees.
First, he'll advertise that he is an agency and then have you submit photos, he accept selfies...HE ACCEPTS SELFIES. If you are truely looking to make it a real agency will not accept non-professional photos.
Then he will have you do a shoot with him and makes you pay $100, and then he'll tell you if he wants you for his agency. That is also another HUGE red flag. A legitimate agency will not do that to you. A real agency will have you submit your current professional photos and then interview you. You will NEVER have to pay to see if you are 'good enough'.
And the photos that he did take were AWEFUL. They looked incredably amateur. I have been modeling for over a year and have gotten MUCH better photos from lots of photographers for free. And those are the photos he's supposed to send out to perspective clients for you. Uh-uh. No way. You do not want terrible picutures if you want to get lots of gigs. You don't want to be represented to the world with poor photos.
So, once he selects you, you have to pay $500 within 30 days for a start up fee. That is a RED FLAG. Real agencies will never EVER EVER EVER ask you to pay ANY money up front. They will get you a job first before they take comission. He tries to make up for it by saying you don't have to pay comission for the first month, do not fall for it, and DO NOT pay him the $500.
That's another thing: he takes 20% from each job, reall agencies will take no more that 10%, if they want more for a certain job they will discuss it with you before hand, but 10% is the usual standard percentage.
In the few conversations that I had with him, he insinuated heavily that he usually has sex with his models. And the way he stated it was very coersive. Professionals will not have relations with their clients, if they do, it is on the down low.
He also has no real studio and lives out of a hotel.....um...what? He also ONLY takes cash payments and has no actual website. RED FLAG.
Above all else, do not sign with him because the "castings" he posts are all castings that you can find on projectcasting.com or by simply google searching "casting calls georgia" or by checking craigslist. These are all things you can submit to yourself and not have to pay anyone else a dime. Real agencies have connections that will get you castings that few people hear about or are hard to find.
Lastly, I have very little faith in his ability to help his clients become "actresses". All you have to do is say you want to act. That's it. There is no monologue audition, there is no reel(s) submission. Again, to help you become an "actress" he lists casting calls from projectcasting.com for movie and tv extras.
I know that it is fun an exciting when someone pumps you up and tells you that you have so much potential, you can make it big, and that you can make lots of money, but please, do your research, and absolutely, unequivocally DO NOT SIGN WITH AN AGENCY THAT MAKES YOU PAY ANY MONEY UP FRONT. To gain the interest of a real talent/modeling agency you are going to have to take the time, hard work, effort, creativity, and money to get and create nice headshots, photos, and acting reels.
You're on this site, you're reading this, so you've already got the drive to really make sure that you make it, and that you are not taken for granted. Follow my advice, do not sell yourself short. Your dream is far too big, far too important to settle for anything less than then best when it comes to an agency.

I wasn't looking outside my agency, I don't not have one yet. I have been freelanceing for a year to gain expirience and now I am in the process of looking FOR an agency. I am aware that real agencies will never ask for money up front, that is why I shut it down and walked away once he told me about the "fees". I'm hoping that my statement will keep girls who are researching him from signing on and getting ripped off.
