Advanced Marketing Concepts (AMC), who also operates under the names BDC ON|Demand, Teleforce, and AMCTeleservices, is an outsourced business development center that has a bad habit of not paying their employees wages due.

They change payroll dates at will and have actually bounced payroll at least 3 times (as of August 2011). They refuse to pay overtime and will force you to change the hours on your time sheet before they give you your check. They manipulate the time you clock into the system to make your breaks longer than they actually were to cheat you our of your money. They constantly change the requirements to earn bonus so you are never rewarded. And, if you quit or are terminated, they will not send you your final paycheck unless you bug them to death about it. For example, I have witnessed multiple past employees come in to the administrative office to pick up their final paycheck, only to be told to "get the f*** out of my office" by the president of the company.

Do not work for this company. If you are unfortunate enough to have already accepted employment, I urge you to keep these things in mind:

• If you worked overtime and are not a salary employee, by law they have to pay you for the time you worked. Do not let them bully you out of your money.


• Keep track of the hours you worked and all of your breaks to the minute. Have a witness sign this report. If the hours on your paycheck do not match your record, report them.


• If you quit or were terminated, by law your last paycheck is due to you on the day of the next payroll period. Mr. Queen may tell you he has two weeks past the payroll date to get the check to you - this is a lie.
