This company keeps calling my house asking me to give one of my neighbors some information. This is a collection agency. They will not stop bothering me. I asked them to stop calling but they don't stop. Each time they claim my number is not in their system and they didn't call. I have them on my caller ID and can call them back? They are very rude. I asked for their address so I could send a certified letter but they refuse to give it to me. I ask for their supervisor and they hang up.
What can I do?
What mean horrible people act this way?

This company doesn't seem to care what the law says. Probably because no enforce it and if you try it will cost you K's in lawyers and court costs. Still if they keep it up I might do it in court as I have sure win.
They still call my house from time to time. Not to collect on me but just to ask me to collect on my neighbors for them.
Of course they get out of hand belligerent every time I tell them I don't know my neighbors and to stop calling.
As a business owner myself me advice to other business - if you use tactics or collection businesses like this one to collect debt - it says a lot about yourself. Like you might be a crook if you use RAB Inc.???
Our business has had problems collecting debt from dead beats (Delphi for instance) and we used collections and court and we got paid. I understand the problem but would not use those who disregard the law like this one seems too.
