I applied for credit through Acceptance Now which is known as RAC Acceptance.  the program was to only be for 3 months, but no longer than 12 month to pay off furniture.  I was mobilized to Fort Bragg, so my husband finish the contract.  I called to get a pay-off price after 6 months and was told that a 2400.00 purchase was still at 2483.00.  they could not explain the breakdown but gave me a printout.  A year later, I am still paying on furniture and the pay off is still at 1400.00.  they are only crediting 82.39 towards furniture from a 269.00 monthly payment every month for the last 14 months.
