They claimed to be a licensed plumber, they are not. They installed a new water heater. I had nothing but problems. Leaks water everywhere. Said they will come back to fix but never shoed up, ignored my calls and emails. Had to bring in another plumber to repair the damage. Paid addiotnal $1000
