Radian Revive Charged my debit card for the full price of product even though it was advertised that you only pay S&H. Greensboro North Carolina

Radian Revive advertised product as only having to pay for S&H (in my case $4.95 x 2 products). Apparently, in some fine print somewhere, it states to call within 14 days so you will not be charged for the full amount of the product which is almost $200 for two items.

Very shady as the invoice I received via my email address does not give any such information such as this and neither did the packing list when I received the product.  Perhaps the only place this information existed is when I placed the order?  However, it was not clearly written so it can be seen.
