i had ordered the free sample, no directions, address. i had emailed them & told them not to send anymore, that it didn't work & was too expensive. I just received 2 boxes, with no info, the same directions & then my credit card came with the bill of $89.95 & $88.47. I called my credit card company, they called them & said I didn't cancel in 14 days , so no refund. I had emailed them right away & they are denying it. Why do they allow these companies to get away with this?
