This company, Radiant Revive Repair Release Creme, used the scam of a free jar of their creme, from " Shark Tank" to hook U into giving UR CC info for the shipping chgs. At the end of a long page of filing out the form for shipping was a statement sayng this was a "14 day trial." It was unobtrusive & not very visible. So @ the end of the "trial" this Co. started charging Ur CC $89.95 & would continue 2 do so every 30 days until U caught it & cancelled.
It took me about 60 min. of talking to"Amber & her invisible supervisor" To get a full refund. I was 1st offered a 50% refund, then a 75% refund.Then after threatening 2 report them 2 the BBB & my CC company the next morning, they finally relented & gave m a 100% refund & cancellationof my acc't.
Beware - what a scam - As I have learned all these "get a free item R"

You probably know what TNSTAAFL means, but in case you don't, it means: There is no such thing as a free lunch.
How does that apply to the hundreds of companies offering trial shipments? They all require you to sign up for a monthly subscription service and it is buried in their T&C's. Once you hit the order button it is up to you to cancel to get out of the subscription. And, the company makes it difficult to cancel. Impossible to get a refund.
Personally I think it is a sleezy way to do business so I never order these free trial sizes. It is very expensive to the consumer with no benefit to the consumer.
If every consumer boycotted the companies that participated in this type of underhanded marketing, the companies would stop. But it looks like new people fall for this type of ad on a regular basis.
BTW, there are hundreds of companies that do this. Just don't fall for it again no matter what the product or the company. Good luck.
