Radiate Athletics Kenny Crockett Did not deliver promised goods, lies to consumers West Chester Pennsylvania

Kenny Crockett's Kickstarter campaign for his Radiate Athletics apparel ended in April of 2013. It promised delivery of goods by August 2013. It was delayed. Okay, it happens, no big deal. But days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months. And now we're a year and a quarter delayed. This is unacceptable. Crockett will post every now and then, promising delivery "within two weeks". Two weeks pass, no delivery. Then Crockett will be gone for weeks before posting again, apologizing, and promising delivery in "two weeks". All we get from him is excuses.

The few who did manage to get a shirt receive shirts not up to the quality promised in the orignal kickstarter. The shirts bleed and are fragile. They can only be hand washed and hang dried with a mild detergent. The kickstarter promised machine washable shirts. 

Any attempt to request a refund was refused. Now, if you request a refund through email they don't even reply to you. If you try to call their listed phone number, it's no longer in service. If you go to their website now, it says that shirts will be delivered in October. It's now November.

Crockett is a liar, a thief, and all around scumbag.
