I ordered a nono hair remover. It doesnt work as advertised. Have to use a rozor still. They say if you are not satisfied they will return your money and pay for shipping and handling .. they dont pay for shipping and handling untill you keep it for 45 days. They do false advertising about this. When you call, they quote you thier policy that is not advertised with product. BBB tries to but, nono just quotes thier policy. Product does not work, it just burns off top of hair, you still need a razor to remove rest of hair. Not worth 350 bucks
