Radisson Hotel Flagstaff No Loyalty, Lazy Executives and Poor Employee Treatment Flagstaff Arizona

This company does not treat its long standing employees as if they are valued. I was employeed for quite some time and never recieved any bonuses, any extra praise or job well done. They almost changed their payroll system at the most convienent time to pay its workers much less, and save the hotel owners and operators lots of money that was earned soley from its line level employees. Instead, they just changed the percentage of the employees bottom line, which still made them save lots of cash. Just sad in a small nice town that the Haves find yet another way to take from the have nots.
