Radwell international blow up my PCB board Franklin Indiana

Sent in Pcb boards for repair and when they were returned to me one of the touch screen boards shorted out The PCB board on a printer. not one of the three items I sent in worked. I sent them back for warrenty repair and recieved one of the PCB boards back like two months later a ong with a invoice and it diidnt work. I am still trying to get Radwell to credit me for the Burnt out PCB board. I sent it in for them to look at it and they cannot fix it. So I am out $2,000 for a PCB board because of their negligence. I have been going back and forth with this company for months. they do not return emails and they will just ignore you if you don't follow up with them.
