I also received a letter advising me of being tone of the winners in the North American Utilities drawing held on Monday April 12th 2007.
They enclosed a check for $2,980 to cover the charges/fees required to be paid prior to receiving my winnings.
They advised me to keep winning confidential until my prize money is received to avoid multiple claims.
They asked me to call payment coordinator Mrs Sandra Myers or Mr David Hamilton at 1-306-880-2390 ASAP, but no later than July 30, 2007.

This is yet another in the long list of Scams.
