Rainbow Movers - Where's my bill? *REBUTTAL
*Consumer Comment: We are not the same company as the Massachusetts Rainbow
*0: NOrmally when a customer pays via credit card, the signed bill of lading
I moved June 14 of last year and put the charge on my credit card. When they unloaded my belongings the truck driver told me an itimized bill would be in the mail. Well in any case I've complained to them monthly to no avail ( well over the 60 days the credit company regula- tions required to be resolved ) In any case it's over 222 days and still no bill !!!! I called them the other day, I was told it's in the mail.

We are not the same company as the Massachusetts Rainbow

I am the president of the Rainbow Movers, Inc. that is licensed in New York State. We are not the same company as the Massachusetts Rainbow you are complaining about. We are a completely independent and separate entity, and have been for 26 years.
Your function with this website is valuable , but I would not like my company to be tarred with the same brush. We have maintained a good reputation over these years working locally in and around New York City.
If there is any way to protect us from guilt by having the same name, I would appreciate it.

Their relationship to the company: Owner

In order for me to research this, I need to find out the customers name and pull the file. NOrmally when a customer pays via credit card, the signed bill of lading with all the charges are indicated on it. I am not sure why he would have been sent a copy of the charges when those charges were on the b/l that he signed.
