Ralph Saporito Did not Inform My Mother that Someone Had Recently Died in the House that was Sold Sydney N.S.W.

My mother bought a house in Glenmore Park from from Ralph Saporito back in 2019. What Ralph conveniently omitted was the fact two people had recently died in the house and that the actual price of the house was worth significantly less than market price. All up, the house was worth about 50,000 LESS than what my mother paid for it.

When we confronted Ralph about this, he engaged in typical sales-speak and just begged the question and feigned ignorance. The despicable thing is my mother had used the insurance money she acquired when my father died, to purchase the house as an investment for her retirement. Ralph did not care he was taking advantage of the elderly.

Be careful of him, he represents all the stereotypes of a dodgy real estate agent.
