Ram Property Group, Shane Poulsen, Richard Matthews RENT ROOMS TO METH ADDICTS, INVADE YOUR PRIVACY, KEEP YOUR MONEY, AUCTION OFF YOUR STUFF Provo Utah

  So I decided to rent a room from this place called, "Ram Property Group". Which was the only non-byu/student housing I could find that seemed decent considering I was living in undesirable circumstances at the time.

 Going over the rental contract before signing with Mr. Shane Poulsen. Something seemed off, he came across as your average joe, but I could sense a criminal type energy from this guy.. his demeanur, his stare, I've been around my gut doesn't lie about this stuff, and it wasn't. But the thought of getting out of my current living situation led me to go ahead and sign. So I move in.

  After moving in, everything seems normal enough... there's a cat, the roommates are cool, there's the occassional alcohol, pizza , flat screen tv, etc. For the first few months I thought I was finally in a space I could settle for a while. Stop hopping around, and just be normal. WRONG!!!

  Here is where the signs begin to show, literally, like a horror movie where people get trapped and leave notes behind for the next victim, there are notes around the house that read, "f**k SHANE". I was told the previous tenants were doing drugs and got evicted. So I thought no big deal. But then this happened..

  One of our roommates SWIM smells marijuana odor coming from the downstairs, tenants they rent too also. When confronted Mr. Shane about it, his response, "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO ABOUT IT".  His response to a tenant who pays rent every month complaining about the smell of illegal drugs when he is the property manager. Piss Poor attitude/service.

  Things get worse.. A LOT WORSE.

  This is where things really get disturbing... Mr. Shane decides to rent to a new tenant, the tenant who we'll call "Surell" is a felon. A convict for check/bank fraud. We were all under 25 years of age living comftorably with eachother as roommates. Surell, however is almost 40 years old, a convict, creepy, friends with homeless people bringing them over, and METH ADDICTED. ROOM #1 of 2033 n 650 w, provo,84604 is now METH CONTAMINATED. On his last day of final notice to leave he was caught smoking METHAMPHETAMINE in his room, a schedule 11 narcotic, which can leave you testing positive for it without having taken it yourself. Just for being in the contaminated property.

  Surell was constantly bringing over drug addicts/drug dealers/homeless people throughout all hours of day/night. Constantly having to deal with a piss poor property manager to deal with his piss poor choice of tenant, to rid his, "friends". All while they're under the influece, of meth.

  Oh but it gets worse, I'm not done with you two yet!!

  The dung stained manager, Mr. Shane, decides right in the middle of our leases, to put a CAMERA IN THE KITCHEN. Violating our rental contracts, and invading everyone's privacy. So now whenever you walk in the kitchen, Shane will get a notification ON HIS PHONE and snapshot of you! Leave a dish in the sink? That'll be $20 please! How lovely, paying $400 - $450 a month in rent to be spied on by a piece of s**t property manager! In your own home! But hey, that's a good thing right, because if something happens Shane can just look at the surveillance and say, "what do you expect me to do about it"? While beating his d**k off and snorting a fat line of coke up his nose. Oh yes Shane, we know, we all know, about your, "history".

  Oh, there's more..

  Remember those friendly downstairs, peace, love and weed hippie tenants? One of them just happens to own a gun. But in the rental contract it said none were allowed, huh? This individual we'll call Mr. Jamesoo, sees another tenant we'll call, "Harry", outside the house. Harry was minding his own business, snapchatting, when Mr.Jamesoo decides it is okay for him to PULL A GUN out on Harry!! Wow!! Not only is this place drug infested, you might get shot too! Needless to say, Mr.Jamesoo WASN'T EVEN EVICTED over this incident. Not only do they care less about dangerous drugs around you, they don't care if you die either! This is the values, ethics, and morals of RAM PROPERTY GROUP.

   BOTTOM LINE: THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. NOBODY WHO VALUES THEIR BELONGINGS, PRIVACY, OR PEACE OF MIND SHOULD EVER RENT FROM THIS JOKE OF A NIGHTMARE METH CONTAMINATED PROPERTY. YOU WILL FIND BETTER OPTIONS ANYWHERE ELSE, JUST NOT HERE.
