His Attorney said he was a dead beat and did not want to Delay the case Any Longer.

Now other case's can follow if we all Stand Up and Fight for JUSTICE

Dear Graphic Designer,

Post the address that you mailed the invoice to.  I'm curious what address they were using.  They received an eviction notice in late July and not sure if it is the same address as where you mailed the invoice.  

Also, contact Detective Snodgrass in the Economic Crime Unit of the police/sheriff's department in Lee County Florida.  Don't speak to anyone else but him and tell him your story.  We're trying to get as many people as possible to file their reports through him so that it's consistent and it builds up.  

In the meantime, stay on Shaun's a*s.  Oh, and stay on John LeRe's a*s too.  He's just as guilty in all this because Shaun has everything set up in Johnny's name.  And the checks were sent to Johnny.  Johnny is Shaun's lover and apparently will do anything Shaun wants - unfortunately for Johnny, that makes it possible to charge him with a crime too.  

We WILL get to both Michael J. Boylan, AKA Shaun Boylan, and Johnny LeRe.  They can run but they can't hide.  And we're coming...

State of Florida is a sad state, I'm sorry but thats where all these cons run to. And the officials seem to do everything they can to avoid doing a job. I'll say this, there are ex-several publishers in Florida and we are networked with them. Would really like to be able to speak with you just dont know how to go about and still maintain anononimity on the board. Snodgrass is the key. Shaun's real name in Michael James Boylan and he is scheduled to be in court this next tuesday on forgery and other charges... this prosecuter apparently is there for a paycheck, no real substance of character just doing a 9-5. Word is that he may get one more continuance, lol, she has already caved before. Several of us are going to in contact with Snodgrass on Monday, suggest you do the same. The more people that file complaints the more uncomfortable they become and they just can't continue to let it go.

Another suggestion is to call the Naples Newspaper and speak with Laura, an investigative reporter who wrote the original story regarding his Capital Color Mail days... that can all be found on google.

As it stands he is unable to legally travel outside the state of Florida and unless we can get additional charges made he will wind up with a couple of years probabtion only at most... forgery in Florida they almost give medals for it seems. There is much, much more that he has done and done with Aaron Green and then there is his other lover John Lare III.... Can we say "Jason Brooks". 

We are curious what address was used for the snail mail.. Coconut...?? Laughton Circle??? Hoping there may be a new one. We are going to get to this piece of work... money back or no.. we just want him at this point.. any arena.

.... and I feel bad for those that lost much more than I did. I was given a BS story about how I had to submit my invoice by snail mail although "Shaun" after saying he hadn't received my invoice, said he sent it over to "John LeRe" (they couldn't just print out the invoice????). I played the game and sent the invoice through the mail with Signature confirmation. A last ditch effort! I called Christine Cummins, the aforementioned state prosecuter, but she can't do anything if you're not located in FL. I did post on Craigslist, to other designers, to beware of them.

I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately, you are in the same boat as other graphic designers that have been ripped off.  

Were you publishing a magazine as well or only updating the template?  

I'm a former publisher from Kansas City who lost $450 and had both my Holiday and my April magazine arrive late.  Of course, I'm one of many and I've lost a small amount compared to some of the other publishers you'll read about on this board.  

Shaun owes many people, including QuadGraphics ($20 million) and the IRS (more than $2 million) so I doubt that we will ever see out money again as there are others in line in front of us that want their money.  
I wish you the best and hope you can someday recover your funds.

Let me guess, for the fall issue right? I know of 4 designers who have varied but similar stories in dealing with RAM marketing, RAM theater services, RAM/3 Seed Media, etc. Printer are not paid, publishers ripped off, businesses all over United States screwed... the common denominator Michael Shaun Boylan. Investigations are ongoing by several law inforcement agencies. Suggest you contact Lee County Economic Fraud unit and speak with them. Just read the other posts here contact and phone number posted in last few days.
