Purchased 4 outdoor inflatables online. Received late. Packaging very poor quality. 2 were broken and would not inflate. 2 would not hold air. Contacted company x4. Told to return and send tracking number. Refund to come within 2-3 business days, It has been over 2 months. No phone number - just an email. Email response always states the refund is on its way but it never comes. Reported to credit card company. Waiting on refund. Buyer be aware - rip off company.
