Outwar - Rampid Interactive - Torax - Sigil - Fabar ripoff dishonest descriminatory Stratham New Hampshire

Outwar.com has been in buisness for over 2 years, and I haven't had any complaints about the game untill now. They started to sell virtural goods (paying to play the game, and points to play the game) about a year ago. This makes them ceceptable to online rules and regulations for the buying and selling of virtural goods.

Their terms of service is very sound, allowing them to suspend anyone at any time on their own discression, for not fallowing the rules of the game. i.e. cheating, or glitching the site. However, this does not give them the right to discriminate against certin people in the game, by playing favorites. It sayes in the terms of service:

"You will not exploit any bug in the service or in any Outwar.com or Rampid Interactive, LLC product to gain unfair advantage in the game or service and you will not communicate the existence of any such bug (either directly or through the public posting) to any other user or any third party. In its sole discretion, Outwar.com will remove any items obtained in this manner from a player/members account without notice or remedy."

This is where they have become discriminatory. Granted, I know they can play favorites amongst people who are prefered customers, but thoes persons are not exempt from the rules. Those rules are there to make the game fair for everyone. I as a patron of the game expect that they conduct their buisness fairly, to everyone.

In recent events on the game, outwar.com experienced a glitch, and quite a few people on the game exploited this glitch. And in accordance with the TOS people were suspended, but not everyone. It is well known on the game that a character by the name of Kyouske, is a "big spender" on the game, he as well as many others exploited this glitch. although he was not suspended. that in its self is discrimination. Impartial judgment againt virtural customers.

This is also stated in the TOS:

"If you encounter another user of the Outwar.com who is violating any of the Terms of Service, please report them by contacting an Outwar game monitor."

The site administrator was contacted about this, and said:

"I don't care what he demands"

This was taken out of context from a conversation with the creator of the game, about others that exploited the glitch not being suspended. Again, discrimination.

I find that it is my responsibility to bring this to your attention. Descrimination is agaisnt the law in buisnesse based in the united states, and according to what I have provided here this is a discriminatory actin that the game monitors have taken against certin players.
