They will show a price for a pre-own vehicle and then add a $895 processing fee and say it is the average amount used to fix the vehicle.  Even though the majority of the vehicle nothing is done.  They p[ut it thru a little pre-inspection.

What exactly is the RipOff?  If you don't like the processing fee then either negotiate it off or leave.  You are not sitting there with a gun pointed at your head being forced to buy the car.
