In a letter written to my co-worker: Ray, First of all, I don't know you, have never met, spoken, contracted, or authorized you to do any work for me or any of my companies. Randy Charach claims he never met my co-worker who was also denied payments.  i have met randy and helped him to record his own web tv show "Randy Report"

If Andrew Lock engaged your services then it is he you should be contacting for payment.

Randy Charach purchased majority ownership of a studio which was contracted and PAID to Randy to record a show in Sandy, Utah in April 2010

If you wish to debate this then please take proper legal channels to do so as I am not interested in personally dealing with your issue. Please be advised that I am aware of the libelous statements you made at RipoffReport.com, have spoken to my lawyers about it, and we are seriously considering pursuing a defamation lawsuit against you. 

Randy claims defemation, although he has denied other payments to his other business relationships in Sandy, Utah, including not paying Rent or Utilities. 

It may help your situation to retract your statements and will certainly prompt legal action if you create further damage. Sincerely, Randy

Since Randy claims he did not authorize my production staff to do the CONTRACT work that RANDY himself was paid by the CLIENT to do, there is nothing but the Free Speech rights to declare what Randy has done wrong.  My work from April has gone unpaid and attempts to speak to Randy directly by phone and been unsuccessful.
