Randy Instine llc Mr Instine Entered into a contract and has never completed the job, Yet he still is asking for final paymnet with completing the job prescott valley Arizona

 Mr Instine has forgotten many things. My land wasn't leveled properly. I have boards falling off and there was no screen put on my air intake and the ducts for the air conditioner is leaking. It's not my fault he did poor workmanship and his crew. The mobile home park states that the trim and skirting should match. Nails in carpet sticking up. Paint splatter skirting is warping and doesn't match up I have plenty of pictures and now he wants extra money for things that are not on the contract. I still have not received my broken blinds and door frame where he attached a security door and nailed it up wrong so that the boards are pulling the sulking away. He had a lot of promises. My mistake is that I didn't get what was coming out of his mouth on paper. I don't know what kind of yard work I do. John takes care of the yard. And mr Instine knows nothing of my life and what I do or don't do.

Regarding the complainant letter posted, I did enter into a contract with Gloria George. which was completed and a certificate of completion from the city was issued. The contract was fulfilled and that's what I am asking payment on. What she wanted was a lot of additional work for free. Gloria George filed a state complaint after my attorney sent her a demand letter. The state said my only error was in that the home and site work where not on one contract, not in the performance of the work or in the completion. Gloria George thinks I will go away with her tactics of slander, but she is only fueling my fire to proceed with the law suit of nearly  five thousand dollars. I have sold hundreds of homes and I know I can't please everyone....but I also know when I've met a deadbeat.
