Randy Owens,owens Marine building was closed by town for code violations,i corrected electrical issues and mr owens after repeated attempts to contact refuses to pay his bill Hooksett New Hampshire

mr owens lied to the town about being on vacation at the time his building was shut down.he has used every trick in the book (its my daughters birthday i don't have time to meet with you)
the commercial space that he rented out has no co from the town,i hope this makes people think twice about dealing with this guy he will screw you to if you give him a chance.
he owes me money for work i did at his building to get it opened by the electrical inspector and he will use every excuse in the book to not pay his bill
