I purchaed a black Range Rover from this Land Rover of Paramus. When I got the car home, I noticed there were some dings and scratches on the car. I reported the issues to the delearship, and the said that they would take care of it.

So, I brought the card back to the delearship and left if there for a week,to fix the dings and scratches. When I returned to pick up the car, it still had the dings and dents. When I complained the the GM of Sales, Brock Sanders he said, "We've done all we can do. You should have spent anothe 20k and got a new car." I found this very unprofessional since I spent over 60k for this vehicle. I would never buy another vehicle from Paramus Land Rover. They have lost a future customer and I would advise you to be very careful with this dealership, as they do not stand by thier word.

Misleading statement

AUTHOR: Brock - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 16, 2017

This is a wildly inaccurate representation of our conversation. Not only is your quote of me false it is misleading. We repaired things on the car that we never intended nor discussed while selling you the car. We did these things weeks after purchase and repaired things that were not even proven to have been there before you took delivery. We spent several hundred dollars making these repairs. Then several weeks later after dealing with my employees trying to get more things corrected on the vehicle, decided to contact me in an effort for these free repairs. You made comments about wanting a car with no flaws, scratches, or dings. You told me everything in the dealership was great and everyone treated you well. You said you were upset that the car didn't look perfect. After a lengthy and amiable conversation I told you that we had gone above and beyond in an effort to make you happy and I was sorry we couldn't make the 2014 used vehicle you purchased in 2017 look brand new. I said that wear and tear is to be expected on a pre owned vehicle, and that this is the primary reason a pre owned car/truck is valued less than a new car/truck. I told you that a new car/truck is always an option should you want a flawless car/truck. Nothing I said was either misleading or false, and in no way were you ripped off. You got off the phone saying thank you and that you understood. this is not a legitimate claim this is simply vengeance online. It's becoming far too common, and this should be removed. It should be removed simply because it is false.
