rapturegold.com I ordered a hat for $31.00 via paypal. She did not send me the hat and kept saying that the hat had been shipped. She lied and said I should have had the hat by now but would never give me any legitimate UPS Tracking Numbers. Lancaster California

She lied, took my $31.00; did not send me the hat; lied and said she would refund my cash but paypal keeping saying that she does not have $31.00 in her account so they cannot refund me the money. She is the biggest rip off artist and con artist. She takes peoples money and never send them the merchandise.
