BEWARE OF RAQUEL REIGNS, THERE WILL BE AN FBI AND LOCAL TAMPA BAY POLICE WARRANT BEING ISSUED. THIS YOUNG LADY SIGNED UP ON VARIOUS FORUMS LOOKING TO RECIEVE buttocks augmentation and injections. Raquel then started scamming the women in the forum by telling them that she was DRA. Jenny Cepeda's daughter, a reputable Dr. from the Domincan Republic that is 28 years old and has two children that performs the procedures legitimatley. Raquel decieved the women and told them that she was Dra. Jenny Cepeda's daughters and that she could set up appointments for them to get the buttocks augmentation procedure by her. Rauquel Reigns sent the victims emails from the supposed Dr. Jenny and video from youtube performing the procedure. Raquel told the women that Dr. Jenny required a 300.00 deposit for the procedure via western union (which should have been a sign). However she was very convincing and deceiving. Upon recieving the deposit she dissapeared with the victims money, totally to over thousands of dollars. Dr. Jenny was contacted and has submitted a police report and contacted her lawyers. This young woman delibertaly set out to destroy the Doctors reputation and credibility all because of greed, lies, and selfishness to defraud unsuspecting victims around the Holidays.
