Purchased shirt for my toddler from this website.  Rather than shipping to the shipping address I specified, order was shipped to billing address.

Upon recieving shipment information, I logged on to my acct to confirm it DID in fact have the correct addresses.  The next morning I called customer service, who refused to help.  The male representative claimed they did not have my shipping address (which I just confirmed was on my acct the night before), refused to help, screamed and cursed at me ("ARE YOU F****** LISTENING TO ME? I'M TELLING YOU YOU'RE FULL OF S***!!!"), then hung up on me. 

When I called back, I received a different person (obviously sitting next to the first person) who flat out claimed she couldn't help me, had no intentions of helping me, there were no owners or supervisors to speak to, refused to provide address or any contact/business information, no way to receive refund, and no way to file any complaints with their company. She also rudely disconnected the call.

They refused to compensate my purchase that I never received.  Either they had a problem with their system, or the guy that logged into my account (by way of resetting my password) changed my information, because now my physical address is nowhere in the account (that was just there the night before).  Now I am out of the money, and no product to show for it!  WHAT A RIP-OFF!

Customer Entered Wrong Shipping Address

Every employee of RastaEmpire.com takes pride in our high level of customer service and quick and accurate shipping.  We have thousands of happy customers all over the world and we pride ourselves on that.

In this unfortunate situation the customer placed her order and it was shipped less than 24 hours later.  Unfortunately the customer entered the incorrect shipping address and didn't notice that she had made a mistake until after the order had already left our warehouse.  The order was confirmed delivered to the address that she specified on the order.

When the customer called our customer service department they confirmed that she entered the wrong address on the order and that the order was confirmed delivered at that address.  At which point she became exceptionally hostile and began using profanity excessively.  We will work with customers to assist them in anyway we can but if someone uses profanity or acts in a threatening manner it's our policy to cancel their account and not to business with them again. That is what happened in this unfortunate situation.

Everyone at RastaEmpire.com makes every effort possible to fulfill every customer request possible.  However we cannot and will not place our employees in an abusive situation.

If you paid by credit card, you can file a charge back.  This is the exact kind of situation that is protected by credit cards.  NOTE:  Debit Cards work differently - I believe you can file a charge back, but it is a different procedure.
