This company calls with a automated system saying they are credit card services trying to give you a lower rate on your credit card. You have to press 9 to connect to a live operator. They refused to answer any questions about their address, phone or URL. They hung up when I asked simple polite questions about who they were. I believe this violates DNC rules.
