Dermapril-SPRauscher Bekke LLC/Dermapril-SP Beware of "Free Trial Sample" Scam on Facebook for Dermapril-SP! Miami Florida

"Free trial sample" for Dermapril-SP, as advertised on Facebook, a scam! Make sure you contact company to cancel order and continued shipments, when you return the unused portion be sure to send it with a tracking number via delivery confirmation service like USPS. Per CS, I will be refunded $139.90 to my card within 5-7 days. I still need to confirm refund.

I actually repsonded to this letter on Facebook along with another "free sample" scam ad for Nutri-Blvd anti-aging capsules. The note on Facebook seemed harmless since it appeared to have been written by a woman with a "heart warming" personal note. The woman actually mentioned using both products (Nutri Blvd capsules and Dermapril) in conjunction with eachother.

I discovered the Dermapril scam after I was sent a second shipment in the mail. In fact, Dermapril charged about $150.00 to my credit card in total. After looking back at my credit card statement, I was charged $5.95 on 2/11, $69.95 on 2/28, and $69. 95 on 3/13. I immediately contacted Customer Service (I was on "hold" for about 45 minutes). Initially, they were not going to refund the $69.95 charge placed on 2/28. After demanding to talk to a supervisor, I spoke to a manager, Bianca Winters @ x 5184, who said she would credit all the charges but I would need to return both bottles of Dermapril (thank goodness I had saved the initial sample bottle!) in order to get the full refund.

What a hassle! Now I am dealing with the hassle of returning 2 products (Dermapril and Nutri Blvd Capsules) and tracking the refunds back to my credit card. I have learned my lesson!
