Raven Media - Grant Master Pro i ordered Grant Master Pro via a phone initiated postdated ach or check .i have emailed one email demanding my refund after receiving a dinky soft-covered "book" from them which i immediately returned via postal mail . i stated this wa nothing like i thought it would be & to refund my checking acct. nothing has been refunded nor have they made any attempt to contact me. i have not been refunded for the Grant Master Pro "booklet" i was sent.The transaction was carried out over the phone via a post-dated ACH.the cost was around $60.00.they have made no attempt to contact me at all re:this rip-off. i am furious.

Grant Master - Raven Media does not accept post dated ACH or checks, nor do we deliver any type of soft-covered/paperback "books", nor do we have any product or service that costs around $60, so I do believe you have reported our company in error. Please check through your materials/information and report your concerns regarding the actual company that your ordered from originally.
