Today You deal with one company and they put you into several more without your consent. I was looking for a grant signed up with one and they charged me for several more than added more businesses as Savingsmart.com, todaysescapeand www.skype.com. When I discovered that there were several charges being made on my account I called CC and they kept allowing them to charge my acct..
I wanted to find a grant, signed up for $3.97 and they kept billing me even after I tried to cancel. Phone numbers were recordings, and no one answered, so I sent emails. They kept putting more charges on my account even after the account was closed and a new credit card issued. Also different companys that I believe were affiliated with one main business. I never believed this could happen and the credit card people tossing my account to different departments. It has been more than seven months and to my dismay I can't get this resolved. Credit card people will not give me a physical address to certify mail, they said it isn't any good to certify. I told them that it has a routing number and I will continue to certify because they deny getting my correspondence. Right now I don't know what to do.
