Report scammers!!! FBI local office fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices/field-offices Federal Trade Commission Consumer information: consumer.ftc.gov/features/scam-alerts Raymond James (Cruz) and his "partners” are scammers who keep targeting innocent senior citizens from around the globe who are retired or about to retire, especially from the USA.

Just lost over $10000 for a bogus investment offer on a virtual project called 10% Ownership for just $27000 in Luxury Villa (never existed) in the Carara Parque Ocean View Resort Community Costa Rica. Raymond James (Cruz), is using on-line resources such as social media (Facebook and Instagram numerous pages) https://www.facebook.com/pg/CararaToursandTravel/about/?ref=page_internal

copied photos from various not relevant web sites, Skype and WhatsApp accounts and constant pushing phone calls to get you into the SCAM Carara Parque Ocean View Resort Community scheme. The reality is bad- with your $$ thousands $$ you buy just nice pictures and videos of Costa Rica’s landscape. My Costa Rican attorney from San Jose was able to verify through http://www.registronacional.go.cr/  that the Carara Parque Ocean View Resort Community (Known as Monte Cielo) project is nothing but a hoax.

The land is actually in some kind of dispute between a national and a long time expatriate from the USA with over $2MIL mortgages on those land lots. When it comes to building permits and other construction prep docs it appears that there is NOTHING and Ramond James Cruz provides you with fake and not relevant documents continuing pushing you for money transfer. Don’t send NO money directly to the bank account Raymond Cruz provides you with! Otherwise your money are gone!!!

Raymond Cruz (James) offers nothing more than Nice and Sweet Cheese in a Mousetrap. You would better RUN and.. Report scammers!!!
