I placed an order of $70,000 with this company Raysen healthcare Products Co. Ltd. One product amongst rest was Disposable Hip Drape Pack valued at $7,549.00. Company provided me faulty product in April 2017. Since then i have been trying to find a way and solve the matter either with shared financial loss, return of stock, exchange of stock or any other way. But The company has refused to take any responsibility whatsoever and refused to cooperate in any way. Similar has been done by this company in the past as well. It has been my worst experience in dealing with a company.
