This started back in Sept. Mr. Gunning e-mail me and told me that I am able to get a loan from him for $3,000. Then he send me an e-mail for me to give him my information. He stated that when I wire him a $175 I would be able to refund my loan. This $175 would be use to wire me the money. He gave me the information to put on the Western Union paperwork. So I go and wire him the money. He said within 5 to 12 hour I would receive an e-mail from him with the information that I need to get the money.

After 12 hours I receive another e-mail from him stated that I need to paid him $285 and this money would be use to paid the taxes on the money that I was borrow. And he would sent me the paperwork to show that I have already paid taxes on the money and I would not have to paid it again. And as soon as I send the $285 I would receive my loan. He told me to trust him because he would not run a scam on people. So I go and paid the $285. He tell me to e-mail his the MTCN number so he can get the Western Union money. We e-mail each other back and forth for a while. So he tell me that when I paid this money I will not have to paid no more to him for this loan. So I go and wire him the money. And waiting for him to send me the information so I can go and receive the money.

And 24 hours later I receive an e-mail from him stating that I need to send him another $185. And the same thing happen again. We go back and forth about the money again. But this time he send me a guarantee note stating that if he asked me for any money after I send the $185 that I would be able to get a refund on my money. So I go and wire him the money and after 24 hour I receive another e-mail stating that I need to pay another $412 and as soon as I send this I would receive my money.

So I tell Mr. Gunning that I would not sending him no money. I have e-mail your FBI and EFCC about Mr. Gunning and they said that he is a real lender but that all they have said. But they did tell me to paid Mr. Gunning the money and I would receive my loan. I been e-mail them a copy of the e-mail and I have not gotten help from them. So Thursday he e-mail me and tell me to just send him $212 and I would receive my loan in 5 to 12 because the FBI and EFCC was on him about this matter. So I send the $212 on Saturday morning. And on Saturday evening, Sunday, Sunday evening I e-mail Mr. Gunning to see what was going on with this matter. I have told Mr. Gunning time and time again that all I want from him is my refund $827. BUt he will not give me that bad. So since the FBI in your county and your EFCC are not helping me with this matter I decide to try and go another way.

I do not think Mr. Gunning should go around and do people like this. If he did this to me I know he have did this to other. I have all my e-mail that me and Mr. Gunning have sent to each other. And all my e-mail from EFCC and FBI. Please see if you can help me with this matter
