RCH Cable COMCAST a wealon was pulled on me by a rch cable employee Internet, Internet

 A few years ago I worked for this company and I wonder is it OK to tell an employee to be somewhere once or twice a week without paying me and threaten them with" if you are not here and don't stay as long as I tell you to 9-5 or worse  and your better be there on time or your fired"  Well it happens at RCH cable as a disco tech,, ya a tech and all they require is a TRUCK , a GPS a CELL PHONE ,28ft ladder, PAY For ALL THE FUEL YOU USE, a BOAT LOAD OF YOUR OWN TIME, doing there paper work for them oh and if it's not the way they want it, you have to stay at there office until it's finished all with out any kind of compensation definetly without  any kind compensation at all and maybe you have to buy lunch for your supervisor if he asks for it { who is fired now}  When your day begins you have to check all work orders that are gien to you to see if they are cancelled or not and that is on your own time with your own phone[ which you pay the bill for] and when you fist start they will tell you that you make your own hours and can work as much or as little as you want ....Well that soon ends !!!!!   I have read acouple of articles on here and they seem to have the same kind of problems !!Do you know if you make a mistake and disconect the wrong cable then you have to fix it when the boss says day or night tired or not you have to drive there and fix it free from compensation allways or ["your fired '] you know that one time until things got shitty I thought this could be ok [hopefull thinking on my behalf]. Oh and you are required to have a ladder of there choosing and you will pay for it out of your paycheck 400$$ until completed!! I have never worked for a company that required you to pay for all there needs is this the way things work or what !! people were fired all around me and i took it seriously due to it was my only income and my truck took and awful beating they even made me pay for my own ladder racks wich was also my responsibility my responsibility my responsibility everything WAS THE BOSS YELLED AT ME ALLWAYS KEEP YOUR PHONE IN YOUR HAND I OWN IT AND YOU!
