I down graded my service from 3 boxes to 2. I was told by RCN to take the box to their drop site, which I have a receipt on 9/2/11. I was charged until 9/10/11 for this box because that when RCN said they picked the box up. I feel this is criminal for the simple fact, that RCN can pick the box up when ever convenient to RCN and still charge for a service that,s not being provided.
