i have three phones 855-681-4147, 213-617-8229, 900-398-3345. I cannot get anyone one the phones to cancel. i leave messages and get no response on only one phone line. this add came from facebook and it did not mention you only had 16 days to call and cancel. i am disgusted trying over and over. michael d charters
