I got in contact with Lavel Buckholtz and LC Charles 2 1/2 months ago to get credit card funding. I sent $897.00 on April 2, 2015 as it was stated in the contract that he sent me. I signed and sent the money to Mr. Charles. He told me that it would take 15-21 days to arrive at his office and a few days to activate and charge the card on the back end. So 26 days pass by, he kept telling me it will take a few days week after week.
The entire month of May went by and still I received nothing. So finally I asked for a refund. He told me it will be within 5 days. So 5 days comes around and no refund. Then supposedly he has some "admin" named Miranda & Monica is responding to my emails and says it will take up to a week. So yea, this guy took my money, never sent anything so I threatened to get law enforcement involved. So we will see by Monday 6/29 what happens.

Yes I was refunded but it took 1 month to receive it. They are not legit at all. They make false promises and they don't want to work for what they want. Are you dealing with these guys?!

This individual who is remaining nameless, claims they got no refund and no service. Yet also had we have no idea who they are.
We aim for 100% satisfation with all clients, if we cannot provide the solution and make our clients happy we provide a 100% refund. That usually happens within 5 to 10 business days. Many clients who are financially desperate or upset feel that sending money back via the same channels it was paid (via paypal or google wallet) or some other method should happen immediately but unfortunately it does not work that way and sometimes it can take up to two weeks but those clients but the always receive their funds back.
Since 2008 we have helped HUNDREDS of clients and have many testimonials and repeat customers. We have also had a dozen or so refunds that we have processed during 7 years of busines....that is normal and customary- so in that time, if we have one disgruntled client that feels they want to post here, so be it. Until they are willing to come forward and give a name to actually post here so we can either show PROOF their funds were returned or their services were delivered we will consider this review a fake and some sort of fraudulent shakedown for money.
